These Terms govern your use of godmodecredit-store.vercel.app ("the Site"), operated by Typically Not Lifestyle LLC d/b/a GOD MODE CREDIT ("GMC", "we", "us"). By accessing or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital Products

All products sold are digital educational materials. Upon successful payment, you receive non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime personal-use access. You may not resell, redistribute, or rebrand.

2. Educational Content Only

GMC is a credit education publisher. We do not provide legal, financial, accounting, or investment advice. Nothing sold constitutes a guarantee of outcome. Your results depend on your profile, effort, accuracy, and timing.

3. No Credit Repair Services

GMC does not perform credit repair services on your behalf. We do not charge advance fees for credit repair services within the meaning of the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679. You retain full control of your own credit actions. You can dispute errors yourself at no cost by contacting the credit bureaus directly.

4. FCRA / FDCPA References

We reference the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and Truth in Lending Act for educational context only. Statute citations are published by the U.S. government at consumerfinance.gov.

5. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. GMC never sees or stores your full card number. See the Refund Policy for return terms.

All content — text, covers, frameworks, letters, audio, video — is © 2026 Typically Not Lifestyle LLC, all rights reserved. Unauthorized reproduction is a federal copyright violation.

7. Acceptable Use

• Personal use only. Do not share login credentials or downloaded files.
• Do not misrepresent our products as legal or financial advice.
• Do not use our templates to engage in fraud, identity theft, or misrepresentation to creditors.
• Do not violate the FDCPA, FCRA, TILA, ECOA, or any applicable state law.

8. Limitation of Liability

GMC's liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product. GMC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Your credit outcomes, legal positions, and financial decisions are your responsibility.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, NY.
